Important Information on Appointment Cancellations
Our appointments are carefully scheduled to keep waiting times as short as possible. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance, preferably in writing by email.
This gives us the opportunity to offer the time reserved for you to another patient. Please note that in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation at short notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €50, provided that the appointment could not be allocated to another patient.
